Tagging Instructions:

Please use 3"x5" index cards.  Colored cards work great!  DO NOT use self-adhesive index cards.  Turn the card vertically, as shown below.  Leave the top 1/3 blank to allow yourself room to pin the card to your item.  Place your consigner number on the left side of the card, the size on the right side.  Please use number sizes instead of S, M, L, or XL.  If the item runs big or small, you may want to note that on your tag.  Write the description of the item in the middle, and the price at the bottom.  Don't forget to mark your price with a RED dot to the left of your price if you DO NOT want your item to be marked down on the half price sale day.  You set the price of all items. A good measure for pricing is 30%-50% of the original price of the item, depending on the condition and wear of the item. Price items a minimum of $1.00 in dollar increments only.  No cents!  Please do not make any changes or corrections once tags are completed. For your protection, make a new tag if a change is necessary. Please use ink or permanent markers.

(This tag has a red dot, which indicates that it                   (This tag does not have a red dot, which indicates
will not be marked down during the half price sale.)               that it will be discounted during the half price sale.)

Hanging Clothes:

Clothing should be Fall & Winter styles.  (We DO NOT accept Maternity Clothes.)  Clothing must be clean, pressed, and on WIRE hangers pointing to the LEFT (see picture) with tags on the right shoulder, as you are looking at the garment. Sizes 2T and smaller can be on plastic hangers for better presentation.  Also, please fasten all closures (zippers, buttons, snaps, hooks).  Not only do clothes look better with closures fastened, but it will ensure that clothing items are not missing buttons or snaps.

Use wire hangers                   Can use plastic hangers
for sizes 3T and up                                 for clothes up to size 2T

Please pin pants, skirts, skorts, and shorts at the waist on both sides.  DO NOT fold items over the hanger (they will not stay in place).  Place any matching accessories (headbands, hairbows, bloomers, socks, hats, etc.) in a zip bag and pin it to the hanger so the the complete ensemble will stay together.

Below is an example of the CORRECT way to hang pants, skirts, skorts, and shorts.

Please note how the pants are hanging on the hanger and the location of the pins.

Below is an example of the INCORRECT way to hang pants, skirts, skorts, and shorts.

Please note how the pants are falling off of the hanger and look very untidy.

Please arrange clothes by size from smallest to largest prior to arriving for drop off. This will help us to quickly place your items.

Shoes...

Using cable ties or string, attach shoes together and then attach the tag directly to the shoes.  Please place shoes in zip bags.  We are asking you to do this so that your shoes stay together and remain clean.  (You can find inexpensive store brand zip bags.)  Only 5 pair of shoes per consigner.

Grab Bags...

These are zip bags containing several like items, such as baby doll accessories, cars and trucks, baby toys, board books, etc.  Tape your tag to the outside of the bag.

Bedding...
You can neatly hang bedding items on a sturdy hanger, but we do ask that you pin the items securely to the hanger.  However, to ensure that your bedding items remain clean, you may want to consider placing them in a plastic bag.  You can use the original bag, a blanket bag, or a XXL zip bag.

(Note:  we have found that bagged bedding sells much better than hanging bedding.)

Toys with parts...

If you are selling a toy with extra parts (i.e. a dollhouse with furniture and people) please place the smaller items in a zip bag and either tape or cable tie the bag to the toy.

Furniture...

If you are selling any furniture items, we do not want you to damage the item by taping your tag to the piece.  Instead, you can use cable ties or string to attach your tag.  Also, you are responsible for assembling your furniture items.  Don't forget your tools!!

Please check your tags before bringing items to drop off.  If an item is brought to check out with no price, we will assign a price for you.  If the item has no consignor number, the item will not be sold.  Secure tags well. If tags are lost off an item, this is lost revenue for you.
